Returns & Refunds

At Deltacricket.com, we put in our best efforts to provide all our users with the best possible online shopping experience as far as price, range, and delivery are concerned. However, we understand that you may still need to return products purchased from us and thus will always do the needful to make the process seamless for you. All refunds if accepted will be credited back to the source within 7 business days. 

Want to Return a Product Because You Don’t Find It Useful? 

If under any circumstances, you feel that the product is unlikely to be useful for you, you can return it to us. However, the product must be in saleable condition, should be unused, and the price tags must remain intact. You can request us to replace the product with something else. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.

Received a Damaged/Defective Product? 

We are extremely sorry for all the inconveniences caused to you. Deltacricket.com will arrange for a refund or replacement. Send us the image of the damaged/defective product and we’ll get back to you promptly. 

Never accept shipments with tampered or damaged outer packaging. If you feel that the product you have received might have a defect, inform us about it within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. However, to get the refund/replacement, you must ensure that the product is not used. 

If you receive a defective product or something you haven’t ordered, let us know about it within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement promptly. 

Order Cancellation

 All orders can be cancelled within 8 hours after the order is placed. Once the order is in process, the order can’t be cancelled. In case you wish to make modifications to your order, you must get in touch with us via email ([email protected]) Our team will do its best to make the changes. In case the changes require any additional expense, it has to be borne by the customer. We reserve all rights to accept or reject the change request.

An order can’t be cancelled once it is packed or shipped. 

Shipping Costs for Returned Goods

If you are returning a damaged product, the expenses of return shipment will be borne by us. However, you’ll need to pay for the return shipment if you want to replace the product because you didn’t find it useful. 

Deltacricket.com holds the right for refusing bad faith and/or excessive returns. We start processing replacements only after the returns reach our office.

Delivery Timelines

The two factors deciding the delivery timeline for a product are the kind of product you have ordered and your shipping address. You’ll get to see the delivery timelines on product pages and thus will know the timelines when placing your order. Usually, we ship our products within 1 to 3 days (working days) of receiving your order. 

Shipping Charges 

Three key parameters decide the shipping costs for a product. These include the total value of the order, the kind of product you have ordered, and the shipping address. If you want items to be sent within India and your order amount is Rs 5,000 or more than that, you’ll not need to pay anything for shipping. For orders below 5,000, you’ll need to be Rs 200 for shipping. 

If you want us to deliver our products outside India, you’ll need to bear shipping charges irrespective of the delivery location.
